Trunk Mounted Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Question:
Can the Thule Archway 3 Bike 9010XT rack fit on the back of a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee? Your website indicates that it can, but I want to double-check. The Jeep has a plastic brake light / spoiler above the rear hatch. I am not confident that this can bear the weight of 3 adult bikes, as the top straps would attach above the spoiler. Thanks.

I checked with Thule and the Passage Part # TH910XT that you referenced has been confirmed as a fit for your 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Your best solution is going to be the Hollywood Racks Over the Top Part # HRF2 though. This bike rack has been confirmed to fit your vehicle as well, but is specifically designed for vehicles with spoilers like yours so that it can be securely installed without putting pressure on the spoiler. If you plan on carrying any womens or alternative framed bikes without horizontal top tubes you may also be interested in purchasing a Swagman Easy-Out Women's and Alternative Frame Bike Adapter # 64005 to provide a horizontal top tube on your bikes to provide an attachment point. I attached a review video for this product also. This will allow the bikes to be carried more level and will provide more ground clearance.
