As long as your factory roof rack crossbars are between 20 and 37 inches apart, then yes the THule Roof Mounted Cargo Basket, item # TH859XT, will work on your vehicle.
If you need cross bars on your factory rails you can use the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 and 53" WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420 and locks # TH450400, to outfit your Vue for attachment of the Cargo Basket.
