In order to install a roof mounted cargo basket on your 2014 Ford F350, you'd need to install a roof rack first.
The Rhino-Rack # RMCB02 basket you referenced would be an excellent choice, due to its build quality, strong construction, integrated fairing to reduce wind noise and large 57 by 42-13/16 inch size. When possible, it's a good idea to use roof mount accessories along with a roof rack from the same manufacturer. That way, you're guaranteed that everything will fit together perfectly.
I'd recommend a Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero roof rack, which would be constructed of the following parts:
59 inch crossbars in silver as part # RRVA150S-2 or # RRVA150B-2 for black
Foot Kit, part # RRRLKVA
Vehicle specific clamp kit, part # DK190
The basket/roof rack combination would be strong, with a strong 165 lb capacity (which could be limited by the capacity of your roof if it's less). The rugged styling of the basket would fit your F350 Dually perfectly.
