Hitch Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Question:
Need to purchase a hitch bike rack for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Just had the 2 inch receiver installed. Will be flat towing my Jeep behind a 45 ft Class A RV on many trips each year so want something sturdy that can handle the various lumps and bumps on the road. Primarily 2 full size bikes.

For a very sturdy bike rack that would work well in the 2 inch hitch of your 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee the Thule T2 Pro XTR bike rack part # TH83JV would have been a great option but it is not rated for a flat-tow application so it will not work for you.
Instead, check out the Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Matte Black # BA22B. It is a platform style rack that can be used on a toad vehicle. I attached a video for you to see it in action.
