jeep wrangler unlimited 2015. Will I be able to get youth/girl trek and giant brand bikes on this ?

The outside to outside width between the bars of the Thule Apex Swing # TH9027XT Vertex Swing is 13 inches, which is narrow enough for just about any bike to fit. If the bikes you're planning on carrying do not have a top tube, using a bike frame adapter bar like part # 64005 is recommended. The adapter provides a horizontal top tube that provides a good spot for the bike rack to attach. This allows the bike to carried so it's level, providing maximum ground clearance.

In order to find if the rack will install without the spare tire interfering, you'll need to measure the distance between the hitch pin hole in the receiver tube and the furthest rearward point of the spare tire (see linked FAQ article that shows how to do this.) If the measurement you take is less than 8 inches, the rack should work fine for you.
