7-Way and 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation for a 2010 Chevy Silverado
Question:
I was wondering if on my 2010 Chevy Silverado with a twist on application for the adapter if this would fit? I am looking of one to go where the factory cover is that is a 7 pole and a 4 pole. Any advise would be helpful thank you for your time

Your 2010 Chevy Silverado is compatible with the Twist mount Hopkins 7-Way part # HM40920 that you referenced.
Since this will give you a 4-way and a 7-way like you said you are interested in this would be the correct product you would need.
