The two sway bars you referenced are designed to fit different versions of the W-Series Workhorse motorhomes.
The part # RM-1259-108 is designed to fit the:
2000 - 2009 Workhorse W-Series W20
2000 - 2009 Workhorse W-Series W22
2000 - 2009 Workhorse W-Series W24
And the part # RM-1259-118 is designed to fit the:
2005 - 2009 Workhorse W-Series W16
2005 - 2009 Workhorse W-Series W18
