Coupler Lock Recommendation for a Demco Coupler

Question:

I have a new trailer with a Demco coupler that uses a 5/16inch safety pin. I thought I had located a locking coupler pin after reading the information on your sight that indicated that the Bolt Bl70225287 had a 5/16inch pin. After doing some research I found that the pin diameter is really .269 not .3125 5/16. Does anyone make a 5/16inch x 3-3/8inch coupler lock? Thanks,

I really wish we had a coupler lock in the dimensions you listed, but the closest thing we offer is the part # e98888 that you referenced that has a 1/4 inch diameter pin that is 3-3/8 inches long.

The difference would only be 1/16 of an inch so this lock should still work for you. There's no reason it wouldn't.

Another option you have is a coupler lock like the part # FA86-0015-318. This lock can fit nearly any coupler and should work well for you.
