How to Determine if Kuat Sherpa will Clear Rear Bumper of Vehicle Folded Up
Question:
I have a 2011 ML350 with a stock hitch and would like to know if there is enough clearance to be able to fold up the rack when not in use. Thx!

Expert Reply:
You will need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole on the factory hitch of your 2011 Mercedes ML350 out to the furthest point out on the rear bumper. If that dimension is less than 5-1/8 inches the Kuat Sherpa part # SH12G would be able to fold up and clear the bumper.
