Troubleshooting LCI Stabilizer Jack Motor on 2011 Keystone Raptor 300MP

Question:

I have a 2011 keystone raptor300MP and the stabilizer jack motor has stop working with the jack in the down position. I have took the switch off and ohm it out and it checks good. The only breakers I have found are in the battery box of one is a 30 amp and the other is a 15 amp blade fuse and they also ohm out good. I am trying to see if I have good power to the motor but other than that can you point me in a good direction and also tell me if in fact it is a bad motor what would the replacement be and cost. Also where would the manual override be in case I need to jet the jack up. thanks

It sounds like you have got a good start on the troubleshooting. The next step would be to check the motor. I recommend using an alternate source to power the motor. If the motor still isn't working then it will need to be replaced. In order to determine what replacement motor would be needed, I will need the part number off of your current motor. Unfortunately a collective OEM trailer parts catalog does not exist, so the best way to determine what motor you will need is to obtain the information directly from the parts themselves.

If the motor is working, I would check all of the wiring leading to the motor to make sure that nothing is pinched and all are in good condition.

As for the manual override, I have attached a snapshot from the Lippert operations manual which shows the location as well as the steps for use.
