Will Weight Distribution System Distribute Weight On All Axels Evenly

Question:

On a CAT Scale, with WD bars on, should the weight be the same on the front car axle, rear car axle, and trailer axle? Or is it normal for there to be uneven weight distribution across the three axles? IE if the total weight of the car and trailer is say 13,500 lbs, should the segmented CAT scale show 4500 lbs on each axle? Sorry for my confusion with all this.

The weight distribution system will not cause the weight to be equal on all axles. The weight distribution system distributes the trailer's tongue weight, not overall weight.

So your trailer could still weight 13,500 pounds at the axle, but a bit more weight is distributed to the front axle of the tow vehicle and the trailer axles with a weight distribution system than without it.
