The Thule # TH903202 and the Yakima # Y02443 HoldUp are pretty different. The answer to your question will primarily depend on the bikes you're wanting to carry.

The EasyFold is primarily designed for electric bikes (although it can hold regular bikes too). It has a 65 lb weight capacity per bike, and provides a removable ramp to make loading and unloading heavy bikes easy as can be. Due to the design of the rack, it offers an extra-long shank to provide plenty of clearance between the rack and the rear of the vehicle. The rack features built in locks that secure the rack to the vehicle and the bikes to the rack. The rack is relatively light- about 45 lbs, and the rack can be tilted away from the vehicle while the bikes are in place to allow easy access to the cargo area of the vehicle.

The HoldUp also has a pretty high weight capacity, it'll hold two bikes weighing up to 60 lbs apiece. The rack has a relatively low loading height, but there is no loading ramp, which could make heavier bikes more difficult to load. The rack does include locks, and is also capable of tilting away from the vehicle to allow cargo area access.

In a nutshell, if I had heavy bikes that I wasn't sure I'd be able to easily lift onto the bike rack, the Thule EasyFold would be my choice. If that wasn't so much of a concern, the HoldUp is what I'd go for.
