Will a Universal Towing Mirror Fit a Chinook Concourse RV on a 1999 Ford F-350 Chassis
Question:
Will the part # KS3891 fit on a 1999 FORD E350 , Econoline cab on a 21foot CHINOOK CONCOURSE R. V.? The existing mirror is electric controlled, inside a fibreglas shell 8 1/2inch wide and 11inch high which is sitting vertically on 15inch arm. My car hauler trailer is wider than both driver and passenger mirror arms at full extension and I would like to see who I am running off the road when I have to change lanes. K-Source universal towing mirror # KS3891 is a potential fit for your RV built on the Ford E-350 chassis. This mirror will fit a vehicle side mirror that has a lip or gap between the glass and the housing.
But for even better visibility you might want to consider a camera system such as # 04928. You could mount this camera on the back of the RV and get a nice view of what is behind you better than any mirror. I have linked a video review for you.
