Your moped that has a wheelbase of 50.3 inches would work well on the etrailer motorcycle carrier part # e98873. The larger gaps between the rungs of the track are only on the ends of the carrier track which is 79 inches long. Since your wheelbase is 50 inches long the wheels wouldn't be out on the wider rung portion of the carrier.
Only issue you may encounter is the moped bottoming out going up the ram of the carrier. The ramp is inches long. You would need to measure out 19-9/16" inches on a tape measure and hold it at your hitch's opening height and then touch the other end to the ground. This would be the angle that the ramp would be at. This will help you determine if the moped would clear going up the ramp.
