Availability of Timbren Axle-Less System that 5 Lug Wheels Can be Installed On
Question:
I have a trailer that was made using swivel axles that I am converting to a standard trailer. I found these axles on your website while doing an Internet search. I would like to use my existing wheels. They are 5-hole rims. Can I use 5 instead of 6? What are all the parts I would need for either setup? Thanks!

The only hubs available for the Timbren Axle Less System part # ASR5200S01 that you referenced are ones with a 6 lug bolt pattern. If you wanted a similar system that could use a 5 lug pattern you would need to go with the # A35RD545E that comes with brake hubs that have 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt patterns.
The capacity of this axle is lower at 3,500 lbs though.
For a setup with idler hubs you would instead want the part # A35RS545.
