Most likely yes, but you are going to need to check the owners manual of your truck to be certain. Without knowing whether you have a 2500 or a 3500 it's hard to be more specific.

For fifth wheel rails you would want to go with a custom install kit like the part # RP56001-53 that has been confirmed as a fit for your vehicle.

Since you have a 6-1/2 foot bed you would need a slider hitch to make tight turns. For that you would want the # RP30083 as it has a very nice jaw design plus a round tube slider that will operate smoother than a square tube.
