How to Remove Lower Bevel Gear on Venture Landing Gear

Question:

I have my landing legs out of my 2006 keystone challenger. I as able to remove the lead leg top bevel gear but the bottom gear will not remove. It wont turn at all, so I think I may need to replace the whole leg. Am I missing a trick to get the bottom bevel gear out? The follower leg seems to work just fine and the gears look good. Can I replace the lead leg only? By the way the lead leg cap has vmc900r in it.

There will be a roll pin that runs through the bottom of the bevel gear you have on your Venture landing gear VMC900R that will need to be driven out before it can be removed. You would need to use a punch or a thin screwdriver to get it out.
