Trunk Mounted Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2007 Nissan Altima Carrying Woman Bike

I have a womens 26inch bike that does not have the middle bar across. I am looking for a car or truck bike rack that can fit my bike. Can you help me ?

The Thule Passage part # TH910XT has been confirmed as a fit for your 2007 Nissan Altima so it would work well for you.
Since you plan on carrying a womens or alternative framed bike without a horizontal top tube you would need a Swagman Easy-Out Women's and Alternative Frame Bike Adapter # 64005 to provide a horizontal top tube on your bikes to provide an attachment point. I attached a review video for this product also. This will allow the bikes to be carried more level and will provide more ground clearance.
