Wheel Cylinder Needed for 10 Inch Dexter Hydraulic Brake Drum Assembly
Question:
I have a Dexter hydraulic brake drum assembly backing plate number 36-94. I need to know the correct part numbers for the R/L wheel cylinders.

Expert Reply:
Based on my research, the 36-94 backing plate is used on the Dexter Single Servo # 23-313, # 23-312 hydraulic brake assemblies. For a 10 inch brake, left hand side, you will want # BP17-030 Wheel Cylinder. For 10 inch brake, right hand side, you will want # BP17-020 Wheel Cylinder.
