Solution for Getting Water Out of Thule OutWay Trunk Rack
Question:
After its first use which included 2 drenching rainstorms it seems there is now water sloshing around inside our new OutWay . What should be done? Will the water harm the product? How can the water be removed?

My contact at Thule said that this was the first time she had heard of water getting into a Thule OutWay part # TH56BV. To get the water out she said to pull the cables all the way out of the arms of the rack and try tipping it upside down to get all of the rain out.
You must have been in quite the rainstorm.
