When Carrying 1 Bike On a Bike Rack Where Should it Be Loaded
Question:
When transporting only one bike on the xtc 2 which position do you recommend-inside or outside? I have the rack on a Ford Taurus. Thanks,

When carrying just a single bike with the Swagman XTC 2 part # S64670 you would want to load it in the position closest to the vehicle. This decreases the leverage the rack has on the bike rack. Also, if you are carrying 2 bikes you would want to load the heaviest bike closest to the vehicle for the same reason.
