I have a fold over gooseneck ball and a fifth wheel hitch and trailer do the make a rail kit to work with this set up

The 5th wheel adapter will depend on the manufacturer of your gooseneck trailer hitch. The adapter you referenced, the Curt X-5 # C16210, is compatible with the Curt Double-Lock, Flip and Store gooseneck hitch. The Curt X-5 # 16310 works with B & W standard square center turnover ball gooseneck hitches.
These two are the only adapters we carry that provide your truck bed with standard rails to install a 5th wheel hitch.
