How to Load a Women's Bike on a Hanging Style Bike Rack

Ok now tell me how to attach a womens bike to this rack.

Many women's bikes and bikes with alternative frames can be difficult to mount on a hanging style bike rack. We recommend using a bike adapter bar like part # TH982XT. Bikes without a traditional horizontal top frame tube can be difficult to load due to the angle they must hang at and they can cause ground clearance issues. With an adapter, you can load the bike easily and safely. Check out the video I attached that demonstrates how to use this adapter.
