The 165/65-8 tire is the new metric size for the 16.5 X 6.5-8 tire. So you can use the 165/65-8 size tire in place of the 16.5 X 6.5-8 tire.

I have the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire, # AM1HP22, in the 165/65-8 size and it is a load range C tire with a maximum load of 800 lbs. at 70 psi.

I also have more choices in the 165/65-8 size, but they come mounted on wheels. The wheels are available in two bolt patterns, either 4 inches on 4 inches or 5 inches on 4-1/2 inches.

One example of the tire and wheel would be the Kenda 165/65-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8 inch White Wheel - 5 on 4/12 - Load Range C, # AM3H220.

The 4.10/3.50-6 tire size is a size that we do not carry. I have included some links to tire FAQ articles for you.
