Will Rampage Backup Camera Work without Cell Phone Reception

Whats the range of the Portable Camera w. Magnetic Base wrt cell phone reception? TY

The transmission distance of the Rampage Backup Camera is 300 feet. The camera emits a WIFI signal so if you didn't have network reception the camera would still work fine since it does not use any network data or signal.
