Comparing Timbren Helper Springs for a 2011 Ford F-250 and F-350

Question:

Hi, What is the difference between the F250 Timbren kit and the F350 Timbren kit? Are the rubber springs the same or are do they have different capacity. I am asking because I have a F250 with the optional camper package which adds the identical suspension components as a F350 so I am not sure which kit applies. Thanks

The springs are different between Timbren helper spring kits # TFR250SDG and # TFR350SDF.

The F-250 version uses a spring that is 4-1/2 inches tall. The F-350 version uses a spring that is 5-3/16 inches tall.

Both systems are rated for 8,600 pounds. You could use the F-250 version and then add 2 spacers, # TA25722-90P00, to get it closer to the taller spring height found on the F-350 kit.
