Your first step when considering tire chains on any vehicle is a check of the owner's manual for any guidance or restrictions regarding their use. Many vehicles are limited to using special low-profile S-Class chains that do not require too much wheel well clearance. Before purchasing any tire chain check your vehicle's manual carefully and if in doubt speak to your local dealership.
If you plan on using snow chains only once in a great while and on the road only then the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains for Light Trucks, # PW2028C, that you selected would be a good choice. I would recommend a set of the Glacier Rubber Adjusters for Light-Truck Snow Chains, # PW99 along with these cables.
If you will be using the chains more often and in a bit more extreme conditions, and want to be prepared for really tricky situations, you might want to check out the Titan V Bar Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners, # TC2828CAM, which are much more aggressive and would work better in icy conditions.
But my favorite middle ground, easy to use, traction but also a smooth ride are the Titan Alloy # TC2327.
