I spoke with my contact over at Superchips about the error you are getting on your Flashpaq tuner # SU3845. Error code E-5A means "module download failed, ignition was off." This means that for some reason the tuner did not detect that the key was in the right position for the tuning process.

Make sure the key is in the proper position during installation as specified in the instructions and also check to see if where it plugs in if any of the contact pins are dirty or corroded because that could cause it too.

Depending on how far the programmer was in the process you should be able to return your 2001 Dodge Ram back to stock. If it did not get that far then it should still be set to stock.
