Are Hitch-Mounted Bike Racks Available For 2016 Acura ILX That Do Not Block Rear Camera

Question:

I am looking for a bicycle rack that would not intefer with a backup camera. I am considering buying a 2016 Acura ILX which has a backup camera over the license plate. The existing bike rake that I have is a platform rack Kuaa. If I install that rack and it was folded up the arm of the rack would interfere with the Camera and thus would make the camera unusable. Thus, I am looking for a rack that would not interfere with the camera when there are no bikes being hauled. I would prefer a rack for a hitch and a platform rack.

If the camera is mounted above the license plate is at the middle of the trunk, it would be impossible to find a trailer hitch mounted bike carrier that would not interfere with the camera view.

The trailer hitch I recommend for your ILX is the Curt receiver hitch # C11391. This is a Class l hitch and it has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening.
