Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation to Add a 4-Way to a Vehicle that has a 7-Way
Question:
Hello. I have a travel trailer that uses a 7 pin connector which I already have on my vehicle. I want to add a hitch mounted cargo carrier basket with lights on the back of the travel trailer. The lights on the basket use a 4 pin connection. Do you have an adapter I could plug into my existing 7 pin connector which will allow me to plug in, and use, both. The 7 pin and 4 pis simultaneously? Or when you have an adapter in, can you only use one or the other at a time? Thanx!

What you would want is the part # C55384. This will plug in line with your current 7-way to allow you to add a 4-way trailer wiring harness to the rear of your vehicle.
I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
