What Trucks Does 5th Wheel Tailgate VG-100 Fit

I have a 69 in. tailgate. I want to be able to list what truck it would fit.

If you can tell me what truck the tail gate came off of I can narrow down the models that were used on that truck and provide you a list of the trucks it will fit.
If you have # VG-100 it will fit the following trucks:
1987 - 1991 Ford F-150, F-250, F-350
1992 - 1996 Ford F-250 and F-350
1997 - 1997 Ford F-250 and F-350 Heavy Duty
1992 - 1996 Ford F-150 excluding Stepside
