Will this rack: HR1400 Secure a womans bike with the lower bar? Thanks

The Sport Rider, # HR1400Z platform style racks can accommodate all different bike styles including women's bikes with lower bars. However it looks like your Sedona woman's bike has a very dramatic step through frame. so I recommend an adapter bar like # HRBA-PRO.
