Brake Controller and Installation Wiring for a 2015 Toyota Highlander

Question:

I installed a Curt 13200 on my 2015 Highlander, and now need to upgrade my 4 pin plug to a 7 pin with brake controller. Will the 7 pin plug in the ETBC7 wiring kit work with the 6 and 7-Way Trailer Connector Mounting Box DrawTite 18159? If it is compatible, can you tell me what size the cross tube is for the Curt 13200? Thanks,

The mounting bracket part # 18159 that you referenced will allow the 7-way of the # ETBC7 to attach to it. This would fit your # C13200 as well.

Since you have a 4-way already all you would need to convert it to a 7-way and install a brake controller is the part # ETBC7.

For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
