Can Sidewinder Pin Boxes be Used on a Long Bed Truck

Question:

Im upgrading from an F150 short bed truck to an F250 0r 350 with a long bed. Can I use my sidewinder hitch from the short bed in the longer bed of the F250/350?

A Sidewinder pin box installs on a trailer and not on the truck side of the towing setup. So yes, you could still use your Sidewinder with your new truck that has a long bed.

Sidewinders are mainly designed for short bed trucks to give better cab clearance, but when used in a long bed truck they also allow the truck to track better behind the vehicle around corners and make the trailers easier to back up.
