Does Lock on Thule Cargo Box have to be Changed

Experts, Do we have to change the lock a new Thule Force XXL 626? Why change the lock on a newly purchased product?

You should not have to change the lock on the Thule cargo box # TH6356B. The lock should already be installed. If you can tell me what kind of problem you are having I can help you. If you want the lock to match other Thule locks you already have then yes, it would have to be changed. Otherwise there is no need to change it.
