According to my contact at Reese the four spacer tubes included with their Super Titan 4000 Trailer Hitch # 38208 measure 15-inches in overall length and have a cross section that is 3-1/2 x 3-1/2-inches. The hole spacing is 11-inches on centers. Please refer to the linked diagram.
