No, I checked with Westin and you will not have to remove the factory tow hooks on your 2014 Ford F-450 to install HDX grille guard # 57-2375. But there are a few caveats for this installation:
Trimming of air dam, lower bumper, or lower bumper grille may be required. Product should not be installed on models with Adaptive Cruise Control or Forward Collision Warning Systems that feature grille-mounted laser control sensors.
