The Thule Hitching Post Pro, part # TH934XTR would be a good choice. Although this rack is reasonably priced for a Thule rack, it includes nicely padded cradles that use sturdy rubber straps to both secure your bike to the rack but also prevent it from swaying back and forth during transport. The rack also includes an anti-rattle hitch bolt to prevent the rack from wobbling around in the hitch. A locking hitch pin, part # THSTL2 and a cable lock # TH538XT are sold separately.
The Swagman Trailhead, part # S63380 is a bit less expensive and provides all the features of the Hitching Post Pro. It also features a shank that's angled upwards to raise the rack up by an additional 3 inches, for improved ground clearance when going over speed bumps or backing out of driveways. A locking hitch pin/cable lock combo is available separately as part # S64031.
Unless you're very brand-name conscious, the Trailhead is the model I'd recommend. It's less expensive than the Thule model, and provides the same features. Both racks feature a limited lifetime warranty, and as you can see by looking over the reviews, both racks are highly rated by our customers.
