Would the MaxxTow Ball Mount w/ 2" Accessory Receiver # MT70066 Clear Jeep Wrangler Spare

Question:

Will this work with a 2015 jeep wrangler with the spare tire on the back hatch? Would like to use hitch hauler while towing a small trailer and didnt know if it would clear the spare tire. Thanks

The MaxxTow Ball Mount w/ 2" Accessory Receiver # MT70066 should work fine to clear the rear spare of your 2015 Jeep Wrangler but that would depend slightly on the length of the shank on your cargo carrier.

The top hitch opening of this carrier will be about 5-1/2 inches above the top of the hitch opening. As long as your spare tire is more than 5-1/2 inches above the hitch opening the # MT70066 itself would clear the spare.

Since this will add 8 more inches to the overall length of your cargo carrier it should fit in that regard as well.
