The the 1995 Saturn SC2 does not have amber turn signals in the rear, the brake and turn signals are still separate like amber turn signal vehicles. There are two basic methods for adding lights to a vehicle for towing, non-permanent and permanent.
The non-permanent solutions are magnetic or clip-on light kits that temporarily attach to the cars. These are good solutions for folks who like to take different vehicles or do not want the wiring work involved with permanent kits. We carry several kits like part # RM-2120 that uses a 4-Way flat connector.
If you prefer to hardwire in a light system, you can use part # RM-154. It uses a series of diodes that allow you to use the vehicle tail lights when towing behind the RV. On the RM-154 page, you will see installation diagrams for different scenarios.
I assume the RV has combined turn and brake signals, but since your SC2 is separate, you would need to use the 2nd diagram for install instructions. Though your rear turn signals are not amber, they are still separate. I have added a link to a video of the RM-154 being installed on a Jeep Liberty.
