Will the Thule OutWay Trunk Mount Bike Carrier Fit a 2014 Infiniti QX50

Question:

want to transport 2 bikes. should we be concerned about damage to the bumper, finish or body on the leased car? Have you sold this product to people with the same vehicle? Where does this product mount to the vehicle. Thanks?

The Thule OutWay trunk mount bike carrier # TH45JV is confirmed to fit the 2014 Infiniti QX50. The upper cables on the carrier will put some stress on that top spoiler on the hatch of the QX50.

Any time you place anything on a vehicle the potential for damage is possible. Make sure that you do not overload the carrier (rated for 66 pounds) and that the carrier and vehicle are clean where they touch each other. A coat of wax on the vehicle will also add protection.

If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have to use these adapters and without them my wife's bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my son's bike at all. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
