The best way to find the correct replacement bearings is to get the numbers stamped onto the metal of the inner and outer bearings currently on the trailer. With those numbers you will be able to find the correct replacement bearings, races, and seals.
Another option is to measure the spindle of your trailer. You can use a micrometer to get the diameter where the seal, inner, and outer bearings ride. See picture. I have included a link to a video on inspecting trailer bearings that should help you remove the old bearings.
