Weight Distribution and Sway Control Recommendation for a Trailer with 1,300 lbs Tongue Weight

What hitch and sway control would you recommend for a 38foot tag along with a weight of 8620# and a tongue weight of 1290#?

I would recommend the Strait-Line System part # RP66130 as it has a tongue weight range of 800 lbs - 1,500 lbs and has the only sway control on the market designed to fight sway before it starts.
For a shank you would want the part # RP54970 and then for a hitch ball # C40086. Overall this would be the best setup you could use for a trailer with a tongue weight of 1,290 lbs.
