Resetting Curt TriFlex Trailer Brake Controller With Unknown Display
Question:
hi, I have a curt TriFlex brake controller on my 2003 CMC Envoy. It was professionally installed by action truck 2 years ago and had worked great up until now. I am getting an error code that looks like an upside down L it is displayed all the time when the truck is on or off. If I press the brakes there is no response and the upside down L stays illuminated. All my lights work like they should and the connections are clean and corrosion free. I took connector on the truck side apart and cleaned it and put some dilectric on it and there were no loose connections. Any help would be appreciated Cheers

I called my contact at Curt about the Curt TriFlex Trailer Brake Controller, part # C24VV.
They told me that you should disconnect the power to the unit and leave it disconnected for 15 or so seconds and then plug it back it. It should recalibrate itself and work fine after that.
