Pin Weight Capacity for the Reese Select Plus Fifth Wheel Hitch part # RP30081

Question:

I have a 3500 dually duamax 2015 trying to figure king pin weight for a trailer 14100 king pin on trailer is 3400 wonder if I am with in limits. Just recently bought my rail kit from e trailer

Most likely the weight of your trailer would fall under the weight capacity of your 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500, but you can verify this by checking the owners manual.

Our fifth wheel rail kits will basically have the same capacities as the fifth wheel hitch that is used in the rails.

So if you went with the Reese Select part # RP30081 that you referenced you would have a 20k trailer capacity and a 5,000 lb pin weight capacity.
