Our hub-and-rotor disc brakes kits are offered in various axle capacities including 7000-, 8000- and 10,000-lbs. Since we do not have a 9K kit, which you noted, you can use a 10K kit.

Kodiak offers part # K2R1058D11 that works with Dexter hubs that have number 008-288 cast into the hub. This kit fits with 8 on 6-1/2 dually 16-1/2-inch wheels (or 17-1/2 single wheels). You will need two kits for your tandem axle trailer. I checked with my technical contact at Kodiak to confirm this is an appropriate choice for your trailer with Dexter 9K axles.
