Trailer Wiring Harness for a 2007 Volkswagen Eos

I have a 2007 VW EOS and there are two kits to choose from your list is one better then another.

Given the options for trailer wiring harnesses for your 2007 Volkswagen Eos I recommend going with the Tow Ready harness # C59236 over the Hopkins harness # 46255. The Tow Ready harnesses are more popular, reliable, and in this case it costs a little less. I have linked a video that you can use as a guide to help with installation.

If the wiring is the same on your 2007 as it is on the 2008 convertible Eos then on the left side the yellow wire is the turn signal, brown or black is running lights, and red is brake lights. And on the right side the yellow wire again is the turn signal. But you will want to use the included circuit tester to verify the light functions.
