Crossbar Recommendation for 2013 Hyundai Sonata with Glass Panoramic Roof
Question:
I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited with panoramic glass roof. I see differing opinions on different sites, and even this site as to there being a suitable rack for my car. Could you please advise me what would work? I am looking for a roof rack, not adding a hitch. Thank you !!

I checked with Thule, and both the Thule SquareBar Roof Rack # TH712400, # TH480R, #THKIT1577 and the Thule WingBar Roof Rack # TH711400 in silver or # TH711420 in black, #TH480R, #THKIT1577 are fits for your 2013 Hyundai Sonata's glass panoramic roof.
Between these two racks, I prefer the WingBars. I have a version of them on my vehicle right now and they are very quiet. I often forget that they are there because I can't hear them on my vehicle.
The J-Style Kayak Carrier that you referenced # S510 will be a great fit for the WingBars, but it will not fit on the square crossbars. For a similar style carrier that will fit square bars, I suggest the Swagman J-style Carrier # S65148.
