Fit of Thule OutWay 3 Bike Trunk Mount Rack on 2015 Toyota Prius

Will Thule OutWay 3 bike carrier work well on 2015 Toyota Prius and what are your recommendations? Would you recommend Yakama racks Quickback 3? Thank You and God Bless and Tally Ho!

The Thule OutWay 3 bike trunk mount bike rack, part # TH56BV will indeed work great on your 2015 Prius. The Yakima QuickBack 3 has been discontinued.

Of all the trunk mount racks we offer, I like the OutWay the best. Due to its 2 retractable cables, the rack is about a million times easier to install than other racks that use the strap and buckles to attach to the vehicle. No exaggeration. The rack can be installed in moments, and the retractable cables can be locked to secure the rack to the vehicle, and the rack includes an integrated cable lock to help deter theft of the bikes.

If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply-angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack. This allows the bike to be carried level, which maximizes ground clearance. I'll link you to a video showing how the adapter bar works.
