The custom install kit I recommend for your 2016 Ford F-150 long bed is part # RP50026-58. It's designed specifically for your truck and doesn't require any drilling into the truck's frame. I've linked an install video for you to help.
For a fifth wheel hitch that would work well with your truck I recommend the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, part # RP30928. This is a 20,000 lb capacity hitch that has a hitch height between 14 and 18 inches.
For a 16,000 lb hitch I recommend part # RP30047. This has a towing capacity of 16,000 lbs.
